ALBERTVILLE, AL – A car wreck in Albertville has claimed the life of one driver and injured two passengers from another vehicle earlier this week, WAAY 31 reports.
At about 5:52 a.m. Monday, the driver of a Nissan Pathfinder was on Alabama 75 when he swerved over the center line and collided with another car. His vehicle overturned and ejected him over a barrier. He died at the scene of the crash. The other vehicle lost control on the road. Its two occupants were transported to a nearby hospital for their injuries. The accident occurred close to Turnpike Road.
The Albertville Police Department is investigating further circumstances of the crash.
