BIRMINGHAM, AL – A female passenger died today after the driver lost control of the vehicle and drove into a building, CBS 42 reports.
The woman was riding in a car through the Fairfield neighborhood this morning when the vehicle left the road and struck a building for unknown reasons.
The accident occurred at the 1600 block of warrior Road, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
Both occupants of the car were taken to Princeton Baptist Medical Center, where the woman later succumbed to her injuries. It’s unknown if the driver is in stable condition.
