BIRMINGHAM, AL – Birmingham Total Traffic reports that a crash on the Red Mountain Expressway NB in Birmingham left two lanes of traffic blocked on Tuesday evening.
The accident was reported around 5:00 p.m. at 3rd Avenue / 4th Avenue. Two right lanes were blocked following the incident.
