BIRMINGHAM, AL – Emergency responders pronounced one man dead after he was struck by a car, CBS 42 reports.
A vehicle was traveling on Court I yesterday when it struck a pedestrian on the side of the road. The wreck happened within the 5600 block.
Police were dispatched to the crash at about 10 p.m. Thursday. The pedestrian, a 30-year-old man from Birmingham, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
Additional details regarding the cause of the accident are unknown as the Birmingham Police Department investigates.
