Vehicle crash claims the lives of two, injures two in Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, AL – A vehicle accident at an intersection in Tuscaloosa fatally injured two and hospitalized two others, according to WBRC 6.

At around 3 a.m. today, a man driving a Nissan Sentra veered over the center line of a road and hit a pickup truck. Two passengers of the truck died at the scene of the accident. The third passenger of the truck and the Nissan driver were both hospitalized at Druid City Hospital.

The wreck happened at Wildwood Trace and University Boulevard East.

Further information about the circumstances of the crash have not yet been released. The Tuscaloosa Police Department is currently investigating the case.
