NEAR NORTHPORT, AL – A pickup truck driver, a 53-year-old man, succumbed to fatal wounds after he crashed his truck into a ditch off Alabama 69 and was ejected Sunday. 

Alabama State Troopers identified the driver as Robert Odom from Oakman. They confirmed that Odom wore a seatbelt.
