Narrative

PHENIX CITY, AL – Three people were killed, and a child suffered serious injuries when a driver of an SUV struck the back of a semi-truck on Highway 80 East Sunday. This collision happened near Garrett Harrison Stadium. One child suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Atlanta Hospital, where he or she later died. The other kid suffered serious injuries. The two adults who passed away were identified as 33-year-old Jimmy Napier Jr., a passenger, and 32-year-old Ami Napier, the driver.
