COVINGTON COUNTY, AL – According to ALGO Montgomery, a major crash took place on US-29 in Covington County on Friday morning.
The crash was reported shortly before 11:00 a.m. at mile post 35.5, just before AL-137. Both directions of US-29 were impacted by the crash, leaving the road temporarily closed.
