MONTGOMERY, AL – A 26-year-old man driving a minivan succumbed to fatal wounds after striking an SUV head-on on Wares Ferry Road on Sunday.
This collision happened before 2:30 a.m. near Dozier Road. The 26-year-old man — Morgan Jarrett — did not wear a seatbelt and was declared dead at the scene.
First responders took the SUV driver — 28-year-old Justice Woods from Huntsville — to Baptist Medical Center South for treatment of unspecified wounds.
