MOBILE, AL – FOX10 News reports that a crash on Airport Boulevard left a motorcyclist dead on Monday night.
Authorities say the crash took place just before 7:00 p.m. on Airport Boulevard, between Azalea Road and University Boulevard. The motorcyclist was travelling east when a car turning off of Thrift Street, attempting to head west on Airport, collided with the motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle was killed in the impact, and a passenger was injured. The driver of the car sustained no injuries in the collision.
The identities of those involved have yet to be released. Police continue to investigate this incident.
