OPELIKA, AL – A log fell from a pickup truck and crashed onto a pickup truck on Marvyn Parkway, leading the pickup truck driver to succumb to fatal injuries Monday. The collision was reported around 10 a.m. The pickup truck motorist was declared dead at the scene. Opelika Police are investigating the specific details of this crash and have provided additional new information.
