CULLMAN, AL – A pedestrian was fatally injured after being hit by a Chevy on US-278 yesterday, according to CBS 42.
A woman standing on US-278 highway was struck by a 2011 Chevy Malibu at 8 p.m. Tuesday. She died from her injuries at the scene. The accident occurred near County Road 1147.
There is no further information at this time as the Highway Patrol Division from ALEA investigates the accident.
