PERDIDO, AL – A 54-year-old man operating a motorcycle died after his bike crashed into a tree off I-65 Sunday. 

This single-vehicle collision happened before 12:30 p.m. The motorcyclist, who was identified as Marvin Haynes, succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene.
