Narrative

NEAR KELLYTON, AL – A 44-year-old man lost his life after his BMW 3 Series overturned and crashed into a tree along Alabama 9 Monday. 

It is unclear what led the driver — Jeremiah Johns — to lose control of his car prior to crashing into the tree. Officials did say he did not wear a seatbelt and was ejected as a result. 

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency launched an investigation and has not provided other details at this time.
