Narrative

CLANTON, AL – A 31-year-old woman was killed when her 2004 Honda Accord collided head-on with a 2020 Nissan NV3500 van on U.S. Highway 31 around 6 a.m. Monday. This collision happened near mile marker 210. It is unclear if the van driver – a 48-year-old man from Verbena – was hurt. The woman – Angelica Leavins – was pronounced dead at the scene. It is not exactly clear what led up to the crash.
