BLOUNT COUNTY, AL – A 19-year-old man was killed when he crashed his 2010 Cadillac STS on Blount County 45 and struck a tree, causing it to roll over Wednesday. The man, identified as Dylan Chappel, did not wear his seatbelt and succumbed to fatal injuries. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating this collision.
