BIRMINGHAM, AL – A female pedestrian died after she was struck by a vehicle on I-65 in Birmingham this afternoon, according to WVTM 13.
The woman was on the highway when a vehicle struck her at around 3 p.m. today. She died from her injuries at the scene of the crash. The surrounding areas were all closed for about an hour as a result of the accident.
The Birmingham Police Department is currently investigating this case.
