BIRMINGHAM, AL – According to Birmingham Total Traffic, a crash took place on I-459 SB in Vestavia Hills on Thursday morning.
The accident was reported shortly after 9:00 a.m. just past Exit 19. The right lane of traffic was blocked and traffic was slowed back to Exit 23 following the incident.
