MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL – According to Birmingham Total Traffic, a crash took place on Highway 280 WB in Mountain Brook on Friday evening.
The crash was reported shortly before 7:30 p.m. near Rocky Ridge Road. Two westbound left lanes were blocked on the highway as a result of the accident, which caused stopped traffic back to Summitt Boulevard.
The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.
