BIRMINGHAM, AL – Two men lost their lives to a single-vehicle collision along Birmingham-Southern College Sunday morning. This fatal crash happened on the 400 block of 8th Avenue West. Police only released the identity of one of the men, stating that 29-year-old Carim Rasheed Heard of McCalla was taken to UAB Hospital, where he later died. The other man was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details are available. Updates will be posted upon confirmation.
