BIRMINGHAM, AL – Birmingham Total Traffic reports that a crash on Red Mountain Expressway left two lanes of traffic blocked in Birmingham on Friday afternoon.
The crash was reported shortly after 3:00 p.m. at 3rd Avenue / 4th Avenue. Two right lanes of traffic were blocked following the accident.
