BIRMINGHAM, AL – A major car crash on I-20 in Birmingham impeded traffic today, according to ALGO Birmingham.

Emergency responders were called to a large car wreck at around 12:02 a.m. today. The accident took place on I-20 eastbound at Exit 128 to Tallapoosa Street, at mile marker 127.7. The road was closed as a result of the crash.
