Car crash involving deer causes death of one woman

BUTLER COUNTY, AL – A driver died yesterday after her vehicle hit a deer near Georgiana, CBS 42 reports.

A 2008 Toyota Corolla was traveling on I-65 when it struck a deer on Wednesday. The impact caused the vehicle to swerve off of the road and hit a nearby tree.

The Toyota driver died at the site of the accident.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports that the wreck took place at about 4 a.m. Wednesday, at the 107-mile marker.
